When Barbara was pregnant with Kristin (1980), Fred wrote a humorous bluegrass-style song called "You're the Sweetest Little Fetus". He played it on a local noon news program (Carol Nelson) and sold many copies of the 45 RPM record (remember those?) as a result. The record sold for many years in the Florida Hospital gift shop as well and is used to this day in Lamaze classes there.

Available once again, you can purchase the 2 songs from the original record - now on CD. On the flip side of the record was the more serious and gentle "The Tiniest Wonder". The new CD also includes a bonus - a song Fred wrote for Kristin when she turned 16 called "Dance Into My Heart".
