We feed our bodies three times
a day to keep it healthy - we should be feeding our mind positive, affirming
thoughts to keep it healthy. You've heard the saying "we are what we eat"......a
famous book also said, "As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he."
As with computers - Garbage In, Garbage Out. So think about these bits of mental
nutrition and realize that our attitude is our most priceless possession and
whether it is positive or negative - it is a choice.
